Scott Keppel - About the Trainer

Scott Keppel has been part of the fitness industry for over 14 years. Scott believes we can all achieve our own fitness goals if we put our mind to it, prepare for it, and work for it! Most people fail because they are not prepared. Scott and his team will create individualized workouts and meal plans so you can take your fitness to the next level! Keeping true to his philosophy of empowering every client so they can achieve not only their fitness goals, but also their personal and professional ones in a safe and effective manner.

Now the proud owner of Scott's Training Systems, Scott has taken his vision to the next level. He has evolved from a trainer at a health club (taking 19 of 21 clients with him) to his garage to an 800 square foot studio and now two STS studios each over 1300 square feet with a following like no other. He is a lifetime natural competitor who has trained dozens of clients for bodybuilding, figure, and fitness competitions, a number of which have placed in the top five and several who have won overalls! He has also trained many women through their pregnancy to term.
