ABA Bikini Diva

This is a category found in a couple organizations (the ABA being the most recognizable one in Arizona). In this category judges are looking for: 1. Beauty, 2. Poise, 3. Muscle Tone and Definition (low muscle separation). They do not want you to be as lean or as muscular as figure or fitness, 4. Symmetry-your body should flow aesthetically when viewed from all sides.

There are two judging rounds: 1. 1 piece swimsuit 2. Bikini. In both rounds the competitor must wear high heel shoes and walk around the stage pageant style, to the left, to the center, to the right showing there physique. Each round also consists of ¼ turns. The judges will be looking at overall grooming, personality, self-assurance, sex appeal, composure, and carriage along with symmetry, shape, and some muscle definition.

Scott’s Training Systems competitor Anne Goyarts placed 1st in the Bikini Diva on June 10th in Avondale, AZ at the ABA’s show. Sharon Shimkus another STS competitor placed 2nd in both the Bikini Diva and figure that show. Leslie Shmidt a new competitor to Scott’s Training Systems has an already impressive resume in Bikini Diva and Model search competitions. She placed first in Bikini Diva at ABA's Copper Classic in March 2006 and in Tuscon in April. She also placed 5th at Muscle Mania in Glendale.

Scott’s Training Systems will help each competitor with their ¼ turns, walk, choosing the right posing/swimsuits. As with our other competitors we will help determine how much color and oil you need to apply for the show. The diet for the show is another aspect we will help with.
