Wes Titcomb has over 5 years of Personal Training experience conducting small group exercise classes, in home training seminars and one-on-one personalized sessions in both corporate and studio settings.

  • Monday - Friday: 5am - 11am, 3pm - 8pm
  • Saturday: 6am - 3pm

  • 1-on-1, Semi-Private & Group Training
  • Extreme Fitness & Sports Conditioning: Clientele in the general public, organized sports and extreme sports.
  • High School Sports Conditioning: Works with high schools’ coaching staffs to enhance conditioning programs for all sports.
  • Youth Fitness: Pre-adolescent kids (10-14) to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Jennifer Long
Jennifer’s passion for fitness spans over 10 years professionally. She is a nationally certified personal trainer by the three accredited associations: NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association), ISSA (International Sports Science Association), and AFAA (Aerobic and fitness Association of America). Jennifer has competed professionally and won two NCP Fitness and Figure titles. Her desire to help people achieve lifetime fitness has been the driving force behind her commitment to every client. Jennifer uses her personal experiences and gift of compassion for all her clients. Her training programs are tailored to meet her client's individual goals, and get them in the best shape of their lives, physically and functionally.

Brad Myers
Brad Myers has been in the Fitness and Wellness industry for over 12 years. He currently holds a National Personal Training Certification through AFAA. Brad is the Director of Wellness at Warner Family Practice (WFP) in Chandler Arizona where he is a Certified Nutrition Therapist (CNT) as well as the Certified Diabetic (CDE) and Asthma educator (AE-C). He is a Master Life Coach (CC) and is a part owner of Live Well Wellness Center also in Chandler Arizona.

Frank Duranti
NASM Certified, SilverSneakers. Frank focuses and specializes in wellness based general fitness and seniors. Although Frank, legally blind in 2001, is new to the industry; he understands firsthand the importance of health and fitness as a lifestyle. Thanks to a 9 year disciplined exercise, nutrition, and supplementation program, Frank lost 62 lbs. He is now pharmaceutical medication free and legal to drive!

Frank's motto is, "Fitness my product . . . Wellness my Priority."

Matt Christianer
Matt has 9 years experience in the fitness industry and a Certified Personal Trainer since May of ’04 through The National Personal Training Institute. Matt believes in giving his clients the attention they deserve, keeping them motivated, and keeping them on the track to personal achievement and success!

Trish Velasquez
Trish Velasquez is one of the newest additions to our team. She started personal training and teaching group fitness classes in 1989 and is certified in aerobic training (AFAA), anaerobic training (AAA/ISMA), and also has a few other certifications including kickboxing and indoor group cycling. Trish enjoys teaching all types of group fitness classes including boot camp, muscle toning, cycling, kickboxing and more. She has taught classes on all levels including city programs, private clubs, country clubs, and bigger gyms such as LA Fitness, Lifetime Fitness and currently teaches at Mountainside Fitness. Trish has also done personal training and group fitness for the famous spa, Miraval, in Catalina, Arizona. Best known for her high energy and fun-loving sense of humor Trish has a way of making getting fit fun for even the most reluctant of clients. If you are interested in working hard to get the results that you want no matter what your goals in fitness may be, she has the focus, the experience and the determination to help you reach them!
