With due respect to the privileged population with little worries and too much time in a day, I cannot relate. Like you, in addition to my profession I have a daily "to do" list to tackle and am working hard at X, Y and Z to enhance my Quality of Life.
That is exactly why I developed this program. It increases the results and efficiency of your exercise time. Take a look around your gym. Pay attention to those sitting and waiting for something magical to happen. This is not training! The body's training response comes from the intensity at which you work during your session. THE 30-MINUTE WHOOPIN'is a no-nonsense, git-r-done style performed in the privacy of an exclusive, invitation only training studio. You will not be yelled at, you will not be disrespected, nor will you be pampered. If you're like me and don't support negative energy or social drama then this workout is right for you. Just be sure you are mentally fit 'cause this intense, non-stop style of training isn't easy.
HOW DOES IT WORK? Choose from the circuit training styles below. The stations within each circuit are based on your training goal. Each circuit designed is between 1-5 minutes at a time allowing you to enhance cardiovascular health along with the muscular benefit.
CIRCUIT TRAINING STYLES:
- Bodyweight-Endurance means being able to perform a variety of bodyweight moves in succession. (think firming and toning).
- Strength Endurance: Strength-Endurance means being able to performance a variety of weight lifting moves in succession. (think weight lifting).
- Power Endurance: Power-Endurance means being able to performance a variety of explosive moves in succession. (think performance conditioning).
