Q: When did you compete?

A: 2014

Q: What was your official Title Holder Name?

A: Miss Arizona 2014

Q: What are you currently doing?

A: Working out with Scott twice a week still while working for a business consultant company and also as a social media director for several organizations.

Q: How did competing for Miss America, Miss USA, Miss Outstanding America or Miss Teen USA help prepare you for where you are currently at?

A: Competing at Miss America helped me realize that no matter how crazy of an idea or a dream, if you put in the hard work and dedication you can truly achieve anything.

Q: If you could go back in time, what one thing (or more) would you do different when you competed?

A: I would have been more in the moment rather than nervous and hoping to win or make top 15. Other than that I would not change a single thing!

Q: What was the best part of your pageant experience?

A: My favorite takeaway from being Miss Arizona is all that I learned about myself during my year – what my limits are, how far I can push myself mentally and physically, my true passions in life, and the list goes on. Especially how to best take care of my body and how to achieve my goals in fitness and nutrition thanks to Scott’s coaching and personalized nutrition plan and workouts that help me be the best version of myself that I can be – not only in how I look but also how I feel!

Q: What was your least favorite?

A: The lack of pizza! Although I did learn healthy options for pizza that helped me get through 🙂

Q: Anything else?

A: My best advice to girls who compete or are thinking about competing is to just be yourself because YOU are enough. Be happy with who you are from the inside out, and be prepared to put in the work to make the most of your experience. Don’t compare yourself to others and soak up every moment!
