When preparing for a figure competition, what you eat and how you train are important parts to being successful on stage.
You not only have to eat clean, but the weight lifting and exercise program you follow needs to give you a physique that is lean and muscular.
With my more than 20 years of training experience, 14 of which are specific to figure, I can give you the tools to develop a plan tailored to your needs.
The first thing I do is evaluate your current exercise and nutrition routines and coach you on what adjustments need to be made to look good on show day.
When it comes to food, I believe a majority of your diet should consist of natural and organic foods, while limiting refined carbs, trans fats and alcohol.
The workout plans will have detailed information on how many days you should train, how many sets, the number of reps, what type of cardio and how much cardio should be done.
While I give you the support to prepare for a figure competition, I also teach you how to maintain this lifestyle long-term. Some clients might switch and do a bikini competition, fitness competition, or mens physique….I can help you to pick the competition.
