Here at STS, we train in person contestants for Miss Arizona USA, Miss Arizona, Miss Teen Arizona USA, and Miss Arizona Outstanding Teen in our Chandler and Phoenix/Arcadia Arizona locations.
Recommended by The Pageant Planet and Future Productions, I virtually train contestants online in Colorado, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Utah, Wyoming. Wherever you are in the world I would love to get you ready for your pageant!
When you make the decision to enter a pageant, finding the right fitness coach is important.
- I will evaluate your current nutrition and exercise routine, then coach you on what adjustments need to be made.
- I will work with you to develop an exercise routine and meal plan specific to your physique.
- Weekly in person or virtual check-ins to monitor your progress.
- Mentally prepare you for the competition.
- Refer you to a glam squad.
- Be there as your fitness coach throughout the training and competition process, making sure that when you walk on stage, you are looking and feeling like a winner!
