If you find yourself craving something sweet, try using stevia instead of sugar or artificial sweeteners to slay that craving.

Stevia comes from a plant, like basil, and is 200 times sweeter than sugar without any calories or impact on your blood sugar.

All you need is a tiny little bit for a big sweet punch!

Try it mixed into unsweetened Greek yogurt with berries, coffee, sparkling water with a squeeze of citrus, an all-natural protein shake, or anywhere else you’d use a sweetener.

Stevia has a slight aftertaste. If you find you don’t love the taste, try another brand and see if you prefer it.

My favorite is Trader Joe’s little jar of organic stevia.

It’s around $10 and has a teeny little scoop inside for easy measuring.

Now you can satisfy that sweet tooth without the guilt!
