If you’re looking to omit extra carbs, calories, and gluten from tortillas, bread, and wraps, look no further than these fabulous, whole-food substitutes!

  • Romaine leaves
  • Collard greens (remove the stem, fill, and wrap like a burrito)
  • Red or yellow bell pepper halves (these travel especially well)
  • Cucumbers (just scrape out the inside with a spoon to make a perfect pocket for your filling)
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Seaweed sheets (available in the Asian section of the grocery store)
