Q: When did you compete?

A: 3 years ago at Mrs America.

Q: What was your official Title Holder Name?

A: Mrs Arizona America, 2012.

Q: What are you currently doing?

A: Modeling and acting with FORD Models, while running 3 companies and being the best mom and wife I can be.

Q: How did competing for Miss America, Miss USA, Miss Outstanding America or Miss Teen USA help prepare you for where you are currently at?

A: Balancing your schedule and your priorities.  When you are a titleholder you have to learn how to schedule your time; for your community, your career, family, and for self care. Even though you wear your crown for only a year, that need to prioritize and invest in yourself stays with you.

Q: If you could go back in time, what one thing (or more) would you do different when you competed?

A: Wear a different interview dress. My love of fashion has always had me leaning towards classic silhouettes. I wore something more trendy instead of the vintage styles I know look best.

Q: What was the best part of your pageant experience?

A: The Mrs. America organization treats you like a celebrity! The women are all strong, dynamic, intelligent women who I had a lot in common with. I felt fit, confident, and perfectly dressed (except for that dang interview dress!) Lol

Q: What was your least favorite?

A: Wishing I had more time to do Scott’s workouts at nationals. Rehearsals were long and we had to change clothes several times a day. Self care is so important and I wish I had more time to do that while I was at nationals.

Q: Anything else?

A: People ask me why I drive 45 minutes to go to STS training. The answer is simple, Scott is the best trainer I have ever, in my entire life, been exposed to!  He understands how to give you the exact results you need specifically for your body type, and for your competition.  I’ve never met another trainer who can give you the results that you want in such a short period of time.  He’s the best!  Making an investment in yourself – through him – is the best investment you can make!  Thank you Scott for continuing to keep me in shape – even though my Mrs. America days are behind me.
