As luck would have it, this classic Simple Strawberry Protein Shake Recipe will get you feeling light and tight. 😉


  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt or 1/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 whole egg
  • stevia to taste
  • ice and water as needed (you’d need less ice because the frozen strawberries act as ice cubes

*option: add in a handful of greens like spinach, kale, or chard

* dairy-free option: use your favorite organic soy-free protein powder instead of yogurt or cottage cheese

Macros (approximately): 181 cals/18.5g protein/18.1g carbs/5g fat
