My goal is to help empower you to become the strongest, best, and most confident version of yourself. As a young woman and mom to a toddler, I know the challenges I have faced over the years struggling with self-image, self-confidence, insecurities, and both inner and physical strength. Finding yourself again after having a baby or when you enter a new stage in life can be a challenging and emotionally draining process, but is something important to go through in order to find the strong, capable, and fierce woman under all of the layers. While developing physical strength and improving overall physical fitness is extremely important, I sincerely feel that helping my clients improve their feelings of self-worth, value, and finding their inner strength is the key to developing a healthy lifestyle. Strength and confidence empower individuals to become the best versions of themselves, resulting in a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life.
I know how scary it can be to enter a gym for the first time and feel lost, insecure, and frustrated. When I first started on my fitness journey as an adult, I was intimidated by walking into any type of gym. I slowly started running and eventually completed three full marathons, numerous half marathons, and a variety of shorter distance races. During that time, I started to realize how important it was to find a balance with strength training, and the rest is history. Let me help you on your journey to become the strongest you yet!
