TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: Mike’s training philosophy is that everyone has the potential to lead a healthier lifestyle, and it is Mike’s goal to help people of all ages, shapes, fitness levels, and experience find their own individualized path to fitness. His passion for fitness began at the age of 8, the same age that he began his athletic career as a swimmer, which led to him competing at the college level. Since college, Mike, now in his 50s, has continued working out, improving his life, and obtaining his own ideal fitness levels. Having several decades of experience, Mike is no stranger to modifying workouts to suit his own specific needs at certain points of his life. Therefore, he truly understands how crucial it is for every client to also receive carefully designed workouts that suit their own individualized needs. He places immense emphasis on listening to and understanding each client’s concerns, needs, and goals so that he can create a long-lasting routine that will be capable of being maintained for the long term.
