The majority of my life has been centered around fitness in one way or another. My passion for fitness began at a young age and carried through college athletics. My experience playing sports in college and being surrounded by individuals who pushed me to be my best is something I have leveraged throughout my career.

I have over 10 years of experience working in the fitness industry and have been teaching large group classes at STS since 2018. I use various training methods incorporating strength, stability, power and endurance to assist my clients in becoming the best versions of themselves and achieve their fitness goals. My love for competition plays an integral role in the design of my workouts so that clients of all ages and abilities are challenged appropriately. Coaching large group fitness classes specifically is something I thoroughly enjoy as the camaraderie, culture and accountability helps foster a long-lasting and positive relationship with fitness.
