TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: Alaina is a NASM-certified personal trainer who helps busy women and moms build strength, confidence, and balance through realistic fitness that fits their lives.  A former OrangeTheory coach, she’s taught countless group classes but discovered her true passion in one-on-one training — where she can create individualized programs that meet women exactly where they are, no matter their starting point.

Specializing in strength training, Alaina focuses on sustainable progress over perfection. Her approach blends proper form, functional movement, and achievable routines that help clients feel strong, capable, and confident — inside and out, without extremes or burnout.

Certified since 2018 and a mom herself, Alaina understands how challenging it can be to make time for yourself. Originally from California and now loving life in Arizona, she brings an encouraging, down-to-earth energy to every session — helping women feel supported, empowered, and proud of their progress every step of the way.
