So, what’s your sign? No, I’m not trying to pick you up using this cheesy line. I am asking you what your Zodiac sign is because recently I read an article on vitalproteins.com titled “What Your Zodiac Sign Says About Your Workout Style” By Grace Gavilanes Jan 02, 2020. I must say I am not a strong believer in our Zodiac signs being accurate as it relates to our personality and/or compatibility. You however may be and this blog may help you have a better understanding of what type of workouts and/or what type of gym/studio may be best for you. Here we go:

Aries:  March 21-April 19-You tend to be more competitive and energetic.  You most likely will enjoy HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts and/or competing in a race/event.  

Taurus:  April 20-May 20-You want to keep it simple and don’t want to get too sweaty.  Most likely you like Pilates, Barre, etc…

Gemini:  May 21-June 20-You’re like the dog in the movie “Up”.  You get side tracked more easily so your workouts need to keep you mentally and physically engaged. Having a coach tell you exactly what to do is ideal.

Cancer:  June 21-July 22-You’d benefit from our Coachd App or online coaching. You prefer to get your workouts done at home. You also tend to worry quite a bit, so getting some Yoga and/or meditation is key.

Leo:  July 23-Aug 22-You’re all about the “newest” and “hottest” classes.  Zumba, Cardio Hip Hop, something to get your heart rate up is your jam.

Virgo:  Aug23-Sept 22-This is Zodiac’s ruler of health and fitness sign. You are self disciplined and as long as you have a structured and efficient workout you’re good to go.  

Libra:  Sept 23-Oct 22-You’re least likely to workout on your own and prefer to socialize when working out. You’re not a big fan of going to a sweaty gym or extreme workouts. This is my sign. I must say, while I don’t enjoy going to a big gym, I do love to try new workouts (extreme and not) and I do love working out on my own.  

Scorpio:  Oct 23-Nov 21-You’re intense and you prefer a full body workout that will strengthen your body and mind.  You’re also into pole dancing, belly dancing and tango classes.

Sagittarius:  Nov 22-Dec 21-You get bored easily, so you prefer to exercise in and out doors. You enjoy competing and then hanging out with your competition after.

Capricorn:  Dec 22-Jan 19-You’re the most likely to hire a coach. You want to get strong, stay flexible and reduce stress, but aren’t sure how to do it.
